An Old Man
A couple of months ago I was watching an old Soviet movie about WWII. There was a piece of documentary footage panning over faces of concentration camp prisoners. I was struck by a face of an old man in the middle of the group of prisoners and felt compelled to try to draw him. I went through multiple sketches and one day picked up a pad of black paper and white pencil and this face came out. (Click the image to enlarge)
